In-Point Media has been working with the Canadian Education Association on a two part documentary series following the CEA’s involvement with Sir Robert Borden Junior High School in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. The series focuses on the implementation and success of CEA’s Intellectual Engagement Initiative, introduced to the school in 2007.

Make-A-Wish PSA

In-Point Media was proud to work with the Atlantic Provinces chapter of Make-A-Wish to produce a reginal PSA. The video features 5 year old Annabelle, who was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma.

A 3 person camera crew from In-Point Media, with the assistance of Pam Davidson from DG Communications, shot the video Aperture Studios in downtown Halifax. Post-Production was provided by In-Point Media.

The PSA will air throughout Atlantic Canada during the pre-show at all Empire Theatres beginning in October, 2011.

The video is available to view at the Make-A-Wish Atlantic Provinces website.

In November 2011, Make-A-Wish Canada released the Atlantic Canada PSA nationally.

LEAP for Faith

The LEAP for faith program and book authored by Gary Cox, was developed to foster faith development by sharing a simple and logical process. In-Point Media worked with Gary to document the pilot LEAP program, create 2 promotional videos, and develop the LEAP website. The 5 part video series was released online in March 2011.

Canadian Connections

In May 2011 In-Point Media produced a promotional video for the Canadian Connections Program Computer Business Lab, part of Metro-Region Immigrant Language Services (MILS). The Computer Business Lab is a free service to permanent residents, protected persons and foriegn-born Canadians.

St. Peter’s Parish

In celebration of their 180th anniversary, In-Point Media worked with members of the parish to create a three part video series highlighting the history St. Peter’s Parish.

In 2011, In-Point Media worked with Steve Bone, and filmed the St. Peter’s Drama Group musical production of “Who’s That Girl? Esther”.

Special Olympics Nova Scotia

In January 2011, In-Point Media worked with Special Olympics Nova Scotia and Jeremy Webb of Neptune Theatre to produce a short film that was used to kick off the 2011 Special Olympic Annual Fundraising Dinner & Auction.
